Welcome to Storytime Hero, a mobile application designed to help you create engaging children's stories using ChatGPT AI. By using our application, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or older to use this application. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use this application.

Use of the Application: You are solely responsible for the content you create using the Storytime Hero app. You agree to use the application in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Content Ownership: You retain all rights and ownership in the content you create using the Storytime Hero app. However, by using the application, you grant Storytime Hero a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and fully-paid license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your content in connection with the operation of the application.

Prohibited Content: You may not use the Storytime Hero app to create content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the Storytime Hero app, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are owned by Storytime Hero or its licensors.

Warranty Disclaimer: Storytime Hero does not warrant that the application will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted or error-free. The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Storytime Hero be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the application.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Storytime Hero and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to your use or misuse of the application or your breach of these Terms of Service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or the application shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in St. George, Utah.

Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Storytime Hero with respect to the use of the application and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter of these Terms of Service.

By using the Storytime Hero app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not use the application.
